Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

1. Try before you pay

Every new customer can ask for a free 24-hour trial. Use it to check the channels you care about, the picture quality and the app on your own TV, phone or computer. Most problems show up during the trial, before any payment.

2. Our 7-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment being confirmed if:

the service does not work on your device or your connection, and
our support team could not fix the problem after you contacted us and followed their instructions.

We ask you to contact support first because most problems (an app setting, a wrong login format, Wi-Fi) are fixed in a few minutes.

3. When a refund is not available

After the 7-day period.
When the service works, but you changed your mind after already testing it with a free trial.
When a specific channel, event or title is not available: our lineup changes over time, which is why we offer a free trial.
When a problem comes from your internet provider, your device or a third-party app that our team asked you to change, and the change was not made.
When the login was suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service, such as sharing it outside your household.
For gift cards and codes that have already been used.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email with:

the email address you used to order;
your order reference, if you have it;
a short description of the problem.

We answer within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

5. How you are refunded

Approved refunds are paid with the same payment method you used, within 5 business days of our approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it. The login linked to the refunded order is closed.

6. Your rights under the law

This policy does not limit any right to a refund or a remedy that the law of your country gives you.
