Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Streamori collects, why we need it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Streamori (“we”, “us”), run by an independent team, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to support@streamori.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- When you order or ask for a free trial: your first and last name, your email address, your WhatsApp number or Telegram username if you choose to give one, your plan, your number of screens, and any discount or gift card code you use.
- When you contact us: your name, your email address and the content of your messages, including messages sent on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- When you apply to the affiliate program: your name, email address, country, the links to your website or channels, a description of your audience, and later the payout details you choose (for example a PayPal email address or a USDT wallet address).
Information created when you use the service:
- Your login, the start and end dates of your plan, and your order and payment history.
- Technical connection data: IP address, the app and type of device connected, and connection times. We use it to deliver streams, apply the screen limit of your plan, fix problems and prevent abuse.
Information from payment providers:
- When you pay by card or PayPal, the payment is handled by the payment provider. We receive a payment confirmation and reference, never your full card number.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (EU and UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Delivering your trial, your login and your plan | Contact details, order, connection data | Performance of our contract with you |
| Taking and confirming payment | Order, payment confirmation | Performance of the contract |
| Answering your messages | Contact details, messages | Performance of the contract, or our legitimate interest in answering |
| Applying the screen limit and preventing fraud | Connection data, order history | Our legitimate interest in protecting the service |
| Running the affiliate program and paying commissions | Affiliate application and payout details | Performance of the contract |
| Keeping accounting records | Orders and payments | Legal obligation |
| Telling you that your plan is ending | Email, plan dates | Performance of the contract |
We only send promotional messages if you agreed to receive them, and every message lets you stop them.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with companies that help us run the service, and only what each one needs:
- hosting, streaming infrastructure and email providers;
- payment providers, to process your payment;
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram, when you choose to contact us there; their own privacy policies apply to those apps;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. If you used an affiliate's code, that affiliate can see your order and their commission in their dashboard, never your payment details.
5. International transfers
We work remotely and our providers may process data in other countries. When data from the European Union or the United Kingdom is transferred, we use the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and order data: as long as you are a customer, then 24 months after your last plan ends, so you can come back without starting over.
- Technical connection data: no longer than 90 days.
- Support messages: 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Accounting records: as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years.
- Affiliate data: as long as you are an affiliate, then as long as accounting rules require for payouts.
After these periods, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example accounting records);
- stop sending you promotional messages.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest, ask us to limit it, ask for your data in a portable format, and complain to your data protection authority.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To use any of these rights, write to support@streamori.com from the email address linked to your account. We answer within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses only what it needs to work, for example to remember your language or the plan you selected. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add audience measurement tools later, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
9. Security
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and providers we trust. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Streamori will never ask for your password or for payment through a person or a channel that is not listed as an official contact on our website.
10. Children
Our service is ordered by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters for you, we will tell you by email before it applies.
