Affiliate Program Terms
Our affiliate program lets people who like Streamori recommend it and earn a commission. These terms apply between you (“affiliate”) and Streamori (“we”), in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining
- Joining is free. You never buy stock or pay a fee.
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information in your application.
- We review every application and reply by email. We may refuse an application without giving a reason.
- You choose your code when you apply. We may refuse a code that is misleading or that uses someone else's name or brand.
2. Your code and your link
Your customers enter your code at checkout, or give it to our support team when they order. You can also share a link that fills in your code for them. Your code gives them 10% off a 3, 6 or 12-month plan.
3. What earns a commission
You earn 20% of the amount paid on the first order of each new customer who uses your code, on a 3, 6 or 12-month plan.
The following do not earn a commission:
- 1-month plans;
- renewals and later orders from the same customer;
- customers who were already Streamori customers before using your code;
- orders that are refunded or reversed;
- your own orders, or orders from your household.
If an order is refunded during the 14-day hold, its commission is cancelled. If it is refunded after the hold, when the commission is already available or paid, we deduct that commission from your next payout.
4. Payouts
- Each commission becomes available 14 days after the customer pays.
- From a balance of $50, you can request a payout from your dashboard.
- Payouts are made by PayPal, USDT or gift card, in US dollars, and processed within 48 hours of your request.
- You are responsible for the payout details you give us. A payout sent to the details in your dashboard is final.
- You are responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any tax due in your country.
5. How you may promote Streamori
Promote Streamori honestly and openly:
- Say clearly that you earn a commission when you recommend Streamori, as the US Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements require, and as the rules of your country and of each platform require.
- Describe the service accurately, using the information on our website. Do not promise channels, events, titles, picture quality or prices that are not on our website.
- Do not say or suggest that Streamori is free, unlimited, official, or approved by any channel, league, studio or brand.
- Do not send spam: no unsolicited emails, direct messages or comments in bulk.
- Do not run paid ads on the Streamori name, or on search terms or domain names that contain it.
- Do not present yourself as Streamori or as our support team, and never take payments for Streamori.
- Do not use logos, brands or images that belong to others without their permission.
6. What we may do if these rules are broken
If you break these terms, we may hold the commissions linked to the problem, cancel commissions obtained through fraud or misleading promotion, and close your affiliate account. Except in cases of fraud, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
7. Changes and ending the program
We may change the commission rate, the customer discount or these terms. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change applies; commissions already earned keep the rules that applied when they were earned. You can leave the program at any time. If you leave, or if we end the program, commissions already earned stay yours and are paid under section 4.
8. Relationship
You are an independent partner. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or representative of Streamori.
